The album features songwriter Will Barker leaning into pop structure and keeping a tight, digital sonic palette -- the entire record was composed using stock sounds of the music production software FL Studio. Barker's smooth voice sits pleasantly atop a bed of programmed instrumentation that sounds gloriously artificial.

Lyrically, the record contains a cornucopia of memorable images and characters. Barker's skilled, simple production crafts each song into like a world of its own. The resulting listening experience feels like a travelogue across foreign-yet-familiar lands of memory and desire.
